I have been getting these kinds of Texture/Geometry bugs on witcher 3 and its mostly near shore or cave entrances or at a very rocky regions.
Is there any fix on it? or is it cause of my own faulty drivers/hardware?
Do you guys have seen this kind of pop in your game???

NB and HT both on 2510mhz

R9 270 shapire Dual x
2tb HDD

I even get the bugs like camera clipping where till some range textures will be fine but as soon as geralt is away from that range the textures begin to disappear.
I tried adjusting foilage display but it still happens.

I would try uninstalling your GPU driver COMPLETELY using a program called DDU:

http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Reboot into Safe-Mode in Windows, run it, slect AMD from dropdown, click option 1, and reboot.

Then I always run a registry cleaner like CCleaner

THEN I reinstall the GFX card driver.

Reboot and try the game, if its still happening, try re-installing/repairing game files -they do get corrupted sometimes- resulting in weird in-game stuff.

What OS are you running? Also, is your current overclock a stable one that youve been using for awhile..? Or is it newish/OC'd for this game?

I have personally had to reinstall Witcher III a few times...I broke it once moving into GOG,,,then again when it updated it..and then again because I got to glitched quest -haven't had any issues in a month or so. So if you've been rocking the install for more than a month reinstalling may fix it..!

Oh and are your cards OC'd?

odd never had it like that sometimes when i start this game it happens but it fixes quickly, i just stoped playing cuz i havent found the solution to a bug in a quest were you get ambushed by a group of non human (godling, doppler ganger, a troll and a werewolf) that when you defeat the werewolf it goes to a point and he keeps howling and the quest freezes there and i cant finish

Did the reinstallation of drivers after using DDU.
And also resinstalled W3 yesterday thinking this bug will go but i still have it.
My OS is win10 pro updated and my cards are oc'd but to the limit AMD CC allows.
The bug remained same for before CPU OC and after OC.
GFX always was OCd using MSI afterburner profile management.
This bug wasn't there or was very less subtle with win8.1 but as soon as i updated to win10 this kind of bugs have pop'd up. But the performance has increased nevertheless.

That's a bug many have faced even myself, so i choose not to confront the werewolf and do other quests till it gets fixed.
But i did read somewhere that if you use mood dust on the werewolf the bug wont happen. Haven't tried it though, if you want to try just save before confronting them.

I'm seeing a lot of texture pop-in my laptop, which has an AMD Radeon 8950M. I also have a desktop with a GTX 670 that exhibits the same problem, although to a much lesser degree. I'm not sure if it might be because the Witcher is nVidia friendly, or perhaps because the desktop is so much faster than the laptop. The texture pop-in I'm seeing is not so much on the landscape, but on buildings and skin textures. I've tried twiddling every graphic setting on the laptop in the Witcher's graphics menu and the AMD CCC, but nothing seems to help. I even dived into the game's ini files, but couldn't find anything that would help. Good luck...

oh thanks for the tip killua i did try to look for it in the gog forums and i didnt find anything about it i will try the moon dust when i go back home this afternoon lucky me that i have still a save that was before i started that quest and another one lol. just a question all of those glitches and grapical problems you have had are in win 8, 8.1 and win 10 or does em happen in win 7
