What ar ethe three fastest ports (on the back of the PC) for the newest mother board and what are their speeds?

some newer motherboard have usb 3.0 that is 5 Gbit/s or 625 MB/s
usb 2.0 is 480 mb/s
umm firewire is a little slower than the 2.0..i think 233 or 300 mb/s
