Gotta pick the right fan...

Hi, I have a system that needs some powerful cooling. I am looking at 3 80mm fans, a 92mm fan, and a 120mm one. The Vantec Tornado seems to be a powerful fan, but may be a little too loud. I dont mind loud fans, though... but I hear th Tornado is just WAY over the top. What would you suggest?
