GPD4 - What Kind of Ship Stats?

With GURPS 4th Prime Directive in the works, but the new Space and
Vehicles a way aways, this leaves a bit of a gap when it comes to ship
stats and space combat. I was curious as to how people would like to
see this handle.

Include the stats for the 3rd edition systems for use with those until
the 4th books come out, and updated versions released then?

Put the 3rd ed stats on the website for those who want them, but not
take up space in actual books till the 4th ed versions are out?

Ignore them entirely and just wait?

Or something else?

There may not be rules for vehicle design but 4th ed campaigns does
have rules for describing and using vehicles. Just build of of those
to give your ship descriptions and space combat rules. If
incompatabilities with later supliments arise just explain them as
resulting from the GPD universe having diferent physics.
