Everytime I play online I get this error after about 5 min. it crashes to
desktop.
I have tried defrag that did not work.
My machine is not overclocked.
I have an Nforce 2 mother board.

shooting in the dark here, but the line:
Video: NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4400 (5664)
i would assume is the video card and it's driver version, if so..update ALL
drivers for your devices and see if u get anymore errors. Then ask for help
with more system specs so people can better help you.

LOL. Should I flip a coin?

If you have two 256MB sticks of memory, try running them one at a time
to see if maybe you have a bad module. You could also try relaxing
your memory timings or even a slight increase in your memory voltage.

Even if your system is rock solid otherwise, the Unreal engine has a
way of exposing memory flaws you didn't even know you had.

Aha, I detect a Creative sound card in there, are you using EAX ? If so
don't, I turned it off (admittedly on a Soundblaster Live) and no more
GPFs. Gotta be worth trying if nothing else works.
