In Disk Management my 3TB WD Hard drive comes up as "Healthy (GPT Protective Partition)"

2040.0GB
How can I fix it without losing any data

But it is Disk 1 - Basic - 2040.00GB Online - (unallocated)
I can't see the other 1TB

Rightclick on area, where "Disk 1"is written, and choose "Convert to GPT".

Edit: BTW - why did you mention anything about loosing data? The disk is empty.
