GPU 0% usage

I'm using a laptop it runs i3-7100u with mx150 it sits on 0% gpu usage i tried every game and put it in low resolution its still on 0% i tried updating the gpu driver nothing happened.. I tried the nvidia control panel tweaking its still on 0% usage

Is it plugged into power? A lot of laptops use integrated graphics if they are running on battery.
