GPU 0% when playing GTA V and freezes

My PC:
Intel i3 7100
8GB ram ddr4 dual channel
NVIDIA GTX 1050TI 4GB
1TB HDD

I have a problem which i think has to do with my graphics card, when i play GTA Online the game uses 0% of the Graphics Card and i have frequent freezes mostly when driving cars and it makes the game unplayable because it disconnects me from sessions in-game. Also the cpu is sitting at around 70%, same for ram. I checked with task manager.

I have put gta 5 on the highest settings and now the lowest and it has the same fps but still freezing, drivers are up to date. I do not understand what is happening, can someone help me out?

Sounds like you've got your monitor plugged into the rear IO panel on your motherboard which will use the integrated graphics on your CPU.

Plug the monitor cable into your actual GPU instead.

It was already plugged in the GPU, and i checked.

My system detects my graphics card but some games just do not use it for some reason and instead i think they use more of the processor, ram or disk. Here is a photo in task manager https://imgur.com/a/qQAVbsl
