GPU 100% usage without reason

So you can see from the title what the problem is my GPU starts working 100% and i dont know why anyone have some answers what the problem may be? i know that is GPU and not both CPU and GPU couse i checked task manager cpu is fine but the GPU runs full power while im on Facebook that does not make any sense

GPU is Asus GTX 760 OC DCII 2Gb (GPU Tweak wasnt working at the momment so it was not OC'ed then)

yes but even if i close the program its still 100% and its making funny noises coil whine i think that is that its hissing

GPU power managment is on adaptive not on full performance or what ever other option is

NVidia has a feature called "kboost", which basically forces your card to run at its maximum, even if you're on the desktop. check weather you activated this in some sort of monitoring tool (EVGA precision X or something)

i can hear it going crazy and hissing then i turned on the GPU TweakMonitor only and it was on 99% usage then i checked the task manager CPU was fine but the GPU was going crazy ill check now in GPUTweak

nope everything is on default

oh yes and while its going crazy my desktop changes color sheme it goes in performance mode start bar stays the same but there is no more transparency and few more things change like im doing benchmark for windows rating

There a malewarebyte scan helped solving the problem. Maybe you also have some sort of a bitcoin mining virus?

Yea i already did that with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (Premium) there was few detections like 15 days has past when i did it should i delete something that looks like that malware that i red on that thread you sent to me? or should i just leave it in quarantine? im checking right now again if i have it then ill send you a picture so you can see what i got in quarantie

I have got the same problem with that graphics card, What motherboard are you using ? I think its actually a driver problem

it's an Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 but after i installed Win8.1 i didnt have problems like that
