Question GPU 3D at 98%

Hello,

When playing some games e.g pubG my GPU 3D stat is always at 98% even if I’m just on the Home Screen of the game. My card is also at 79c and that’s causing the fans to sound like a jet engine. my friend who has the same GPU as me and a worse CPU says his 3D stat is only at 30% when playing the same games

Ryzen 5 6700x
32gb 4200mhz ddr5 (2x16)
M.2 4.0 for all storage
750w psu
All drivers and updates are done

use vsync + reduce resolution

Some games have uncapped frame rates when in the menu for some reason. Since the menu is typically easy to render, the video card is basically going full throttle.

You can set a frame rate cap in the Control Panel or turn on V-Sync.

So i set the lobby cap to 60fps and it lowered the 3D usage stat to about 50%, turned on vsync and lowered in game to 60fps and it didnt change anything
