My PC is a year old where until now it was prefect. no problems at all. recently i am getting bad fps drops at the startup of the game. so I checked and it was the GPU spiking hard. the thing that weirds me out is that it suddenly happened and the drops stop after a few minutes of waiting. but i still get slow loading times in the game.
the games are:
Destiny 2
Overwatch
and League but on LoL its not as potent.
pls hlp i am stuck on trying to fix it for like 2 weeks now 🙁

Forgot the PC specs:

2060 super no overclocking

Ryzen 3600 overclocked to 4ghz

Gskill trident z ddr4 3600mhz

Solution
Install HWInfo64 to have a proper look on temps for cpu while gaming as you might be thermal throttling.

You mention slow loading times that is usually caused when using a HDD drive, or a nearly full SSD drive, or a faulty drive in general. You still did not mention what kind of drive you use.

Run a userbenchmark and post the link to the results.

I would also suggest that you remove the overclock of the cpu and see if the issue remains.

Using the latest BIOS and chipset drivers is HIGHLY suggested as most of the time there are crucial fixes or support of new hardware, ncrease in performance etc
There are specs missing that are also crucial.
Amount of RAM, motherboard, HDD/SSD, cooling solution, PSU(do include make and model, not just wattage), case.

After that, assuming windows 10, what version?
Make sure you have the latest gpu drivers, BIOS, chipset drivers and windows updates.

What are your CPU and GPU temps idle and while gaming?

16gb of ram xmp enabled
Gigabyte 570 gaming x motherboard
Cooling is the corsair water cooling
Psu is the antec 650 80 plus gold rated
Phantek p400
Windows 10
Gpu is up to date and windows update too I don't know about BIOS and chipset
Temps on gpu are 50ish cpu is around 30-40 I think
While playing around 70 on gpu and I don't know the cpu ones..
