Question GPU 3D Hitting 100% on All Games

My GPU is going at 100% in every game I'm playing and causing serious frame drops. I've scoured my PC for bitcoin miners using MalwareBytes, SpyHunter5, RKill, and even Windows Antivirus, but I haven't found anything aside from some cookies. My temps are fine (between 65 and 80C for CPU, 70 and 85 for GPU) and I've monitored everything on Task Manager but it only caps out when I boot up a game. I've also done sfc /scannow in CMD with no issues popping up, and rolled back my drivers, with no improvement.

My specs are as follows:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8Core
ASRock B550M Pro4
GSkill DDR4 V Series (2x 8GB)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
Windows 10 Home Pro

UPDATE: Right after I posted this I found the miner after manually going through my system 32 registry. FFS
