GPU:58 degrees at idle and 25% fan speed. Is this normal?

When i am idle my gpu temp is at 55C with 25% of fan speed, when i launch a game(I only started it for a minute or two) it is on 84 degrees and 33% fan speed. Is this normal?(NO OVERCLOCK)

yes completely normal when it gets hot the fan increases and they do get hot

That depends on what graphics card you have. Radeon 290X cards, for example, can get very hot.

Which graphics card do you have?

It is a bit hot, but not too bad. Could be that your pc needs better airflow. How long does it take to reach 84°C?
The fan speed is 100% fine though.

Do you have any fans in your pc? If so what kind of setup is it?

55C at idle is hot, you might want to make sure you have good airflow through your case. You also want to make sure the fans are not limited in their access to clean, cool air. In other words, make sure there isn't another device within 1" of them.
