Question GPU accidentally short-circuited --- can it be fixed ?

I recently accidentally short circuited my gpu by touching a piece of metal across the back of it. I heard a spark and I now have no display on my monitors. My old GPU works just fine so I am fairly certain it is a problem with the new GPU. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can fix it?

Impossible to tell what fried on GPU. With that, to "fix" it, you may look towards replacing entire PCB, which essentially means buying another GPU.

Btw, you can't RMA your GPU either since user error isn't covered with warranty.
