GPU acting strange....

Hello all, i'm asking for help about my GPU, I recently got my new case and put all my conponents together but since then my PC has been slow on games (fps wise) it feels like it isnt getting what it used to. For example when I get about 30-40 fps the GPU usage is only 50% or so, why is this? I know 30-40 isnt bad FPS but I really can notice the difference between 40-60. Surely the GPU usage should go higher then 50% to achieve it potential, I have a GTX 750 ti, hopefully someone can help or explain what i'm missing.

I would try to re-seat it, and update the drivers with a clean driver install. The option is present when installing the drivers, though, it may be under "advanced install"

It also depends on what games your playing if your only playing basic games the GPU won't push that hard
