no i cant get the heat level because it wont turn on everytime it turn on it will make a sound on the gpu and then when it turn on it showing that the bios cant boot up and then use the last default settings that is the longest boot up the fastest is when i plugged it on it just show the light and a noise like a rat noise then it shut off again

Did you update BIOS recently? If not try cleaning CMOS

Intel core I3 3.60 ghz(not overclocked)

so guys seems like my problem is the psu because i think that i heard the gpu making a rat noise it was actually the psu sorry guys so this is psu problem right what should i do ?? Do i have to make another thread ??

I also doubt that the issue is in the PSU as it's a low tier one. Test with a good PSU. If you are going to buy one I would suggest Seasonic. It would be a good purchase. If you can tell us the budget we can suggest you a good PSU.

Hi I did a little search and came up with this. This would help if you upgrade as well.

The Corsair CX series is Tier 4, low quality, not recommended.

Solution
Couldn't find the seasonic one. Yeah Seasonic is my favorite brand. So it's S12II 520W all the way. The Corsair one I mentioned before has good reviews, But I would also go with seasonic if that's an option.
