Gpu and cooler and safe temp for r9 290

Hello, all. I have a Sapphire r9 290 with stock cooler. It doesn't bother me really it's noise but i'm thinking on trading the cooler for an Arctic Extreme IV. Still, never found someone to say if it is a good cooler for r9 290 nor if it's worthy getting it. I don't plan to do overclock (for now anyways.) So, how worthy is to trade the cooler? What's a good one? Is arctic extreme iv better than iii?

So yes DEFINITELY worth it, and yes the IV is better.

Nope, I have never actually seen the Arctic Extreme IV in action before. But reviews are clear enough.

Something to note, Arctic Extreme III is not that easy to install compared to some other coolers. I believe the same goes for the IV.

Well, i saw some people saying that the arctic extreme isn't enough to try overclock on r9 290 because of vrm temperatures... Still looking for some reviews though 🙁
