Gpu and cpu fan not spinning

Okay i just build a pc.
And now i have been playing for 3to 4 days after the first day my cpu fan didn't spin immediatly after 2a3 days i needed to replug my pc and then it worked and today my gpu and cpu fans dont work. :C
Gpu: EVGA GeForce GTX 970
Cpu:intel core i5 6400k
Cpu cooler: be quiet! Dark rock advanced c1
Motherboard: G1 gaming sniper b7

It's probably your power supply. It might not be enough to handle your build. How many watts is it?

Did you check the temperature? modern Nvidia fans are dynamic and not always spin, it only spins when there is high temperature/load. but the cpu fan issue is problem, check that you connected it right to the cpu_fan pins.

everything is connected right the fans of my case are spinning and the fans of the gpu spin a lttle bit every 3 secs but my cpu fan doesnt spin at all i dont have a diplay and my pc was running yesterday

Try these.

Remove ram and resit it, if you still have stock fan from the cpu try it and if nothing works try resitting the cpu.
