GPU and CPU help for battlefield 4

I'm building/upgrading a PC for battlefield 4. I'm reusing everything from another computer except the CPU, GPU, RAM, and motherboard. I'll be OC the CPU. I'll have 8gb of RAM.

This is what I'm planing on getting:
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
Enermax ETS-T40-TB 86.7 CFM CPU Cooler
MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Asus GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB Video Card

So far this is costing me $350(USD)
I would like to know what kind of shape I will be in. Thanks.

you should be able to run those games at medium settings at a comfortable 60fps at 1080p.

DO NOT overclock on that motherboard though. It has no heat sinks on the VRMs and is know to overheat and fail.
