What makes you think there aren't any? There are many so I'm wondering why you think there aren't.

The motherboards you're limited to have the following, mostly due to the CPU:

• Socket AM4
• A 400 or 500 series chipset.
  • 400 series chipset boards are likely not compatible out of the box and require an UEFI update, which may require a compatible CPU to do so.
  • 500 series chipset boards may be compatible out of the box, but a lot of them also require a UEFI update.
  • Make sure the letter in the chipset is either B or X.
• You'll also want to make sure the area above and to the left of the socket (if you're looking at the board head on with the socket towards the top) has a hefty heatsink on it. This is the VRM area which is for power deivery and the 5950X requires a hefty VRM, which also means it requires hefty cooling.

There's really no compatibility issues with the GPU as long as it has a x16 PCIe slot.
