GPU and CPU monitoring utility that i cannot turn off

I have recently got my new custom pc and this hardware moniter has been on all of my games which i cannot turn of because i dont know what it is. Is anyone able to help?

Maybe FRAPS. You can also just check your Task Manager and see what is running, or look in msconfig for startup programs for something that looks like it may be a monitoring thing. Or check the system tray for what is open and running there.
