Question Gpu and Cpu not using full potential

and its happening only in one game SQUAD how can I fix it

You don't want the CPU to be at 100% utilization. That means there's potential for performance stuttering and lowered maximum FPS.

In any case, if other games seem to perform fine and within what everyone else is, it may just be how the game was designed and there's nothing you can really do about it.

You could try running "userbenchmark" and see if everything runs as expected.

You'll never see 100% on your CPU in games, as it can't use all the cores, but you would expect the GPU usage to be hitting 100% as long as v-sync and g-sync are off.
