GPU and CPU

My motherboard is a 760GM-P34 and I plan on upgrading my gpu to a gtx 760 or 770 and cpu to a amd fx 8350 and I was wondering it the two components will fit into this motherboard? (My psu is 700w corsair) This is probably a stupid question but I wanted to make sure.

The 760 or 770 won't be a problem, but it doesn't appear your motherboard will support the FX-8350 due to a CPU limit of 95W 🙁

I plan on playing Planetside 2 alot and I mean a lot and I was wondering what would the best cpu for this motherboard or is it worth upgrading and getting a i5 with a new motherboard? Would the 8150 be good enough?

Nope, no FX-8150 either. It's also over 95W. The FX-8300 is the best it can handle.
