GPU and CPU

Hi guys its me again. I think im ready to buy a AMD FX-6350 or an Intel i3 3240. Which CPU is better for my Nvidia Geforce GTX650 (non Ti, OC) 2gb video card?

I personally think go with whatever is cheaper. Both will give you allmost no bottleneck at all for the card.
