GPU and CPU

please look at this link above and tell me if i can update the gpu and the cpu. the cpu is amd athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3.1 -part # ADV6000IAA5DO by brisbane,, gpu - NVIDIA® GeForce® 6100 nForce 405 ,, 4gb ddr2 800 ,, 300w psu ,, thats what in it now



One PCI Express ×16 (runs in x8 mode) ,, what does this mean, am i limited to what i can do for graphics cards ? if not, what card will work for around $70



can i run a am 2+ cpu

Hmm, I would say no, it's not worth upgrading anymore.
I think you can add a single pcie-e card since you running on integrated graphic, but again, looking at the other specs I think you should safe your money and BUILD your own PC from zero...
