I want to buy a gpu that needs power 350w & 23amp, but my psu power is 450w & 22amp. Is this gonna be a problem???

Solution
Quality. The fact they advertise it as a 450w psu but its only rated for 264w where it counts is a big red flag. Getting that psu close to it rated limits would be a very bad idea.

If don't want to believe me give it a try and learn the hard/expensive way why you shouldn't skimp on the psu.

PS might want have a fire extiguisher handy.
Yes it likely will be a problem. Best case scenario system shutsdown when the psu overloads, worst case psu has a catastrophic failure frys the system and catches fire.
Given the psu manufacturer has overrated thier psu(450w unit that barely delivers 250w on the 12v rail is just sad) its likely a fire hazard quality unit to begin with.

Okay bro, thanks for the answer that means a lot

I have amd fx 6300 and powerlogic psu 450w. Im building a new computer, i dont have any gpu yet but i want to buy sapphire rx 460 nitro 2gb

Doesn't PowerLogic label and market their PSUs by their peak power rating and not their continuous rating? A 450W peak rating would make that PSU's continuous rating in the area of 225~230 Watts and that would be grossly under powered.

Post a picture of the PSU's label.

On a non-overclocked AMD FX-6300 and Radeon RX 460 system you should be able to use a PSU that has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 20 Amps or greater.
