[SOLVED] GPU and PSU coil whine

I have cooler master mwe 500w PSU.(4 months old) 4 days ago i bought used MSI rx 580 armor 8gb OC.
When i wanted to benchmark it, it makes coil whine.
And then I heard that coil whine is from psu and gpu. Do i need to replace my gpu to like Evga or
Corsair? Oh and the last owner of the gpu said that he isnt hearing any coil whine in his System, but in my pc i hear coil whine from psu and gpu.

It would be psu, mine rx 480 reference also did the same, cause psu is converting from ac 120/240V to the 12,5,3 volts rails, if the filtering isnt good there would be ripple. In short you may or may not fix it.
