Question GPU and PSU upgrade for lenovo 90fb0001us

Hello,

I have a lenovo 90fb0001us and a Thermaltake 600w psu on hand. I'm wondering if I can put this psu in the Lenovo, and I'm also wondering what gpu I can upgrade to. I was thinking of GTX 1060 if possible. Also, what's the the difference in a GPU with 3 gigs vram vs 6 gigs?

It looks like proprietary would have me go for the NV GTX 960, if I choose to for the NVIDIA route. Any chance that might work with my current 250 w PSU? I guess this Lenovo also has a 400w version I can put in if needed.

Also mentioned in the manual for GPU was R9-360 2gig and MSI R9-370x 4 gig. I'm wondering which card will be the best for gaming, also considering the GTX 960. The performance appears to be substantial between the GT 730 and GTX 960, but I don't know about the other two GPUs.

There are adapters for the connections for Lenovo PSU's that may work, assuming the outer dimensions are standard ATX.
