GPU and PSU

i was confused between GTX 660 and HD 7850 so i bought HD 7870 after all. Now, i have a corsair GS600. Will it be enough for a single 7870? its of XFX.

also can i max out crysis 3 on 720p with this card?

The PSU is more than plenty, and depending on what cpu you have you should be able to at least nearly max crysis, taking acout that 720p is a low res actually.

Yes. As long as you don't load the rig with another one for crossfire it ought to be sufficient enough. Even with another 7870 in the rig that PSU, the GS600 ought to work fine, but, it's just the exact amount that 2 cards would need so it would be cutting the power requirements a little too close with 2 cards.
For a single card rig, with 2 to 3 HDDs it ought to be fine.
