GPU and PSU

Hello. Here are my specs:
Benq GL2240
i5 3570k , stock , no oc
Z 77 DS3H
hd : WD 3 tb
hd: i dont know the manufacter 500 gb
psu: antec neopower 650w
4 ( 8 gb ram total but im using Win7 Ultimate 32 bits os) kingston
GPU : sapphire ati radeon vapor-x hd 5750 1 gb gddr5 128bits

and i want to buy a MSI GeForce GTX 760 HAWK Twin Frozr IV 2GB DDR5 256-bit but i dont know if my psu will suport it, do i need to upgrade (buy another) the psu ?

the reason i want to buy the card is because i want to run assassin creed 4 and other games around high details .

Now my other question is can i add another hdd wd 1 tb caviar blue and still have some little power left maybe maybe il add another one in a few months ?
