I want to buy a gpu and some more ram to make my pc as much as possible playable for counter strike go and improved performance for games like league of legends, mount & blade: warband with the current budget.

Budget: 50-70€

CPU: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200 2,5GHz
RAM: 2gb
GPU: Nvidia geforce 8400 GS
OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: Gigabyte 945GCM-S2L

Also can i upgrade to 4GB RAM and which pair do you recommend?

You could buy an Nvidia GeForce 210 and it would be an upgrade from your card, and they are about as cheap as you can get.

As for the ram, you did not say which motherboard you have.

My motherboard's model is Gigabyte 945GCM-S2L.

The board uses DDR2 ram so it may be hard to find in 2017. If you want to look for some cheap 2nd hand sticks here is a link to the Memory Support List for your motherboard.

They will all fit on your motherboards PCI Express x16 slot. The UserBenchmark site lists the Effective Speed of the GT 420 as twice as fast as your GeForce 8400 GS, and the GT 630 as five times faster than your current card.

If you look at the page, they also recommend 2 AMD cards.

Recommended Requirements: GeForce GT 630 or Radeon HD 6670

I search for graphic cards similar to those in my country stores and i found and liked this cards MSI Geforce GT 710 2GB and Gigabyte GeForce GT730 1GB, which one do you think it's better? GT 730 is 20 euros more expensive and is it fine to go for this graphic cards?

Yes they are both fine to use. The GeForce GT 730 is just an updated version of the GeForce GT 630.
