GPU and SSD global warranty question

I'm planning to buy an Amd GPU and an SSD from Amazon so I'm looking for manufacturers that offer global warranty where I can just send the item to a dealer here in my country and replace the item instead of shipping the item to their office overseas

Yes, because from my experience, hardware tend to die before their warranty expire. The only thing I haven't RMA'd yet is CPU and RAM. So knowing this is for safety measures
