Hello, I will be building my first gaming PC with a budget of 1,100, including OS. I want to play BF4 on Ultra settings, 1080p. I'll also be playing games like Watch Dogs, League of Legends, etc. So I'm basically giving you $400 to give me the best GPU for this price.

Solution
FX 8350 is still fine for gaming.
I included a better psu, a SSD and a R9 290. Still within the budget

Drop the PSU and get Corsair (HX, AX, TX ONLY), Antec, XFX, EVGA or Seasonic PSUs only. Battlefield 4 and Watch_Dogs is CPU intensive so an i5 4670 or something would be best. Get a Samsung 840 EVO/Pro 120GB SSD which will help with boot times, especially in Battlefield 4. Buy an R9 280 or R9 280X with remaining funds to run Battlefield 4 1080p max settings 60fps+. I have R9 270X and it runs Battlefield 4 max settings 60 fps steady.
