GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 3080 12GB GDDR6X PCI Express 4.0 ATX Video Card GV-N3080AORUSX WB-12GD

anyway this card comes without the AIO but the water block is all ready installed, yet it comes with thermal glue. There is really no instructions with the card, but what's there says nothing about it. So do I pull the card apart and see if they wanted me to do it or is there some other reason I haven't thought of?
