Gpu artifacting randomly

My 3070 is artifacting it looks like vram failure it happens usually 1-3 months apart and happens regardless of the load on the gpu and most of the time doesnt crash the system but does make it buggy and slow i have photos,also my 3070 is on the smaller size made by zotac the non oc version ,the mobo is the ASUS PRIME B460-PLUS,Cpu is i7 10700,psu is a corsair cv550,ram is corsair vengeance lpx 16gb 2400,

Are you OC your GPU? If so try wiithout.

List the rest of your PC specs including CPU/Mobo/PSU.

Make sure your system drivers and chipset are all up to date too.

Both.
Check temperatures.

If temperatures are fine and lowering overclock doesn't improve anything, then replace the card.

Yup, that looks like an RMA.

I'd also take the opportunity and upgrade the PSU. That's a solid entry-level PSU, not something to ideally pair with a $1000 GPU.

No 3070 should be out of warranty yet. While I would go 650w the main problem was the quality, a gaming PC really should have a high quality psu and not an entry level one.
