Hello, Whenever I watch videos either on youtube, or netflix If its in full screen and at the highest resolution i notice a blocky effect, Its not the same effect when you watch
it in low resolution Its a bunch of rectangles and squares the flash in and out almost like the video is refreshing too fast, Sometimes on normal youtube videos there is a
layer or squares in the background of dark images, I tested my Cpu, Ram With prime 95 for an hour or two I got no errors, I don't notice artifacting in games or when I ran
stress tests, This seems to happen in videos and on pictures like wallpapers or high resolution images there is a circle/block effect, I tested my gpu with OCCT and I got like
122,000 Errors. I also tried enabling and disabling hardware acceleration on videos using adobe flash and microsoft silver light (??). That did nothing video still has flashing
stuff in background but it blends in with the colors of the video so its hard to notice. Also my GPU Temps are usually high, Its Almost always over 42C Idle, I have a HAF 932
case, I removed the GPU airduct that comes with the case because it don't fit with my gpu. The GPU Is an AMD Radeon 6970 (HIS Ice Q) It comes factory Overclocked at
900mhz. I have never OC'd it. I'm thinking about buying a new GPU Possibly a Zotac 670 for 359$ if would that be a major increase over my 6970, There is a similarly priced
660Ti 3GB Evga Ftw For 350$, Should I go for that or Zotac 670, I Ran Crysis 3 (Beta) with my 6970 at max with fxaa getting about 25-32 frames. It was un playable, I had to
lower settings to medium to get at least 50-60 frames. Anyway any help would be appreciated. Thanks
