Question GPU Artifacts, Error 43, PCie running at x8 1.1

My GTX 1050 Ti is running at x8 and not x16: http://gpuz.techpowerup.com/21/03/07/2vr.png
It shows Error 43, and Nvidia Control Panel is not available for me. Please help, what should I do, I have all the recommended stuff I know, and system is nearly new.

Uninstalled my card pages ago man. Sorry but I think that u will get my APU score instead of gpu using that. Can't be bothered to put it back in now man, was looking for help, but I dunno what happened I didn't get any response except hours later. Thanks though man
