Hello PPL i had a few problems with some green artifacts on my display while gaming.
i allready RMA one 1080Ti ref and the problem persist. (both cards where custom by me with an EVGA hybrid kit) i was suprise when i see the same artifact with the new card... so idk what is the problem... maybe is a Gsync artifact caused by my Acer monitor? maybe a wrong instalation of the hybrid kit of the two cards?
i can assume the hybrid kit may fail bcouse sometimes when i startup the system the temperatures are high but when y restart the temperatures go normal (23-26°C stock / 45-50-59 Iddle-Gaming)
none of those card where overlocked.
so i figure it out that may this be caused by a Overheating Gsync Monitor , a wrong customization with the EVGA hybrid KIT or a Broken Hybrid Kit.
My setup is a I7 4790k, Asus hero VI , 16GB ram hyperX fury, psu EVGA 1000W, case Phanteks Entoo evolv Temp glass. the monitor is an Acer X240H Gsync 144hz 1080p TN
One thing that i realize its when i unplugged the display port cable from the monitor , the green artifact still appear in the "ACER" logo and over the little "Gsync" logo presentation... and this is why i dont trust the monitor. the second time this issue apear i just unplugged the Display port cable and the power cable, clean the airflow of the monitor, plug again and the problem is solve magicaly so idk what in hell can cause the problem.
Thx you guys and sory for my poor english, im a Argie.
