Question GPU Artifacts

Are those gpu artifacts?; Apps and games may show vertical lines that are white line or green lines like the buttons on the close and fullscreen for windows media player in the video above,
but when i screen record during it the result is a purple mess, i don't see the purple beforehand only see it in the resulting video afterwards and it only happens when the gpu is under load.
Is this a software issue or is my gpu dying?

Lenovo Legion 5 (Laptop)
16GB RAM
AMD Ryzen 4600H
RTX 2060

GPU only runs at 60% and around 60C, could it be also related to cpu and ram or is it likely only gpu
