[SOLVED] GPU at ~60c at idle (~2%) and heating to ~95c+ under load.

Have had my pc for over a year and no issues with my GPU until recently. Tried cleaning my pc, checked task manager for any software running in background. Even installed another fan in my pc today, no differences. Ambient temperature shouldn't be an issue since its becoming winter and had no issues in summer. Have no clue what to do. Please help.

Might want to repaste GPU.
Meaning taking the heatsink off, cleaning out old thermal paste, applying new one and putting it back together.

Repaste usually helps, since as thermal paste ages, it stiffens and looses thermal conductivity.
