GPU At Rs.15K

This Is My Configuration:
CPU:AMD 3.3 GHz AM3 FX6100 Processor
MOBO-Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 Motherboard
PSU-Corsair SMPS CX500 500 Watts PSU
GPU-Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6670 1GB DDR5 Graphics Card
I want to upgrade my GPU,please suggest me a good gaming GPU at 15K+1K Max..
Also I am gonna buy it in June-July 2014,so please suggest if anything new comes in the market in the given price range..
Also please mention if it will require any external cooling system,cuz I currently don't have any,and I am not gonna overclock my GPU anytime in my warranty period.
