GPU backplate slightly touching metal case

Does it matter if the GPU backplate is slightly touching the metal area where hard drives can go?

Actually when the computer is upright, it doesnt touch at all just very close.

Probably not.
But, just to be certain, tape a paper shim between them to avoid any possibility of a short.

Thanks. I think it will be ok as its sagging a bit actually and not touching. Just touching during install.
