Question Gpu bios flash bricked my rx 580

I recently flashed my rx 580 sapphire pulse 4gb
Because the clock speed was 1146 instead of the advertised 1300+ mhz. And I had this for 5 years thinking that my 1146 clock speed was just because of my old motherboard h81mk from 2013 limiting it. Then I found flashing gpu bios online, then I proceeded to find my exact rx 580 id, model and vram size double checked everything and saved my current gpu rom, then I downloaded the atiflash 2022 version, because the 2023 version doesnt have the atiwinflash where you program and load rom. But it didn't work, it kept saying P/N mismatch, and I even tried doing it on cmd using directory and it still didn't work, so I downloaded the 2017 or 2019 version and strangely it worked. it said something like Gpu flashed im not sure, then I rebooted the pc to avoid instabilities. But it didn't boot back up, it only showed black screen, but the gpu fans were spinning but no display, so I changed my cpu to my old one that had igpu, but it still doesn't boot up unless I remove the gpu, so I removed the gpu and only booted it with igpu, and it turned on, so I went to bios and prioritize only igpu and make it so that the priority was the igpu rather than the gpu and so I plugged my gpu back and now it turned on! So I had to flash back to my old rom that I saved before I flashed it to the current one that bricked it and it worked, and so I proceeded to change the display graphic priority back to PCI so it focuses on the gpu, and it works again, But when I changed my cpu back to my latest one (it comes with the mobo, ram and cpu) it doesn't show display now Im stuck. Any help would be really grateful.

Specs are rx 580 sapphire pulse 4 gb
Cpu ryzen 5 5600
Ram G skill ripjaws 3200 32gb ram
Mobo asus b450m-a ii csm

My old setup that had igpu

not sure, but maybe the bios flash needs to be done when on the new CPU? I'm not entirely sure, but that's the only reason I see why this doesn't work.

I also wanna ask if it works on another system. (GPU)

Yeah I flashed my gpu with my new cpu in it.
The gpu shows display and works when I install my old cpu along with mobo and ram. But when I install it back to my latest cpu, it doesnt boot up. It just spins (the cpu fan) but not the gpu
