GPU BIOS flash

When i try to flash/reflash my video, i got Hierarchy mismatch or GPU mismatch, i am using nvflash for Windows in DOS mode it's the same, i am using this nvflash.exe --index=1 -5 -6 BIOS.ROM or --index=1 BIOS.ROM, who can help me ? I have tried roms from techpowerup website.

Card is GeForce 295 ASUS
