GPU BIOS Switch Corrosion

My computer has been crashing to a black screen, becomes unresponsive and requires that I hold down the power button to get it to turn off to be reset.

This happens when I do anything on the computer but happens quicker if I'm playing a game. I've isolated the problem to the GPU and took it apart to see if something had happened to it and I've noticed that there appears to be some corrosion around where the BIOS switch is.

Could this be the cause of the crashes and is there a way to test/fix this? Is there any documentation on where the leads on the switch go to on the board so we can test for connectivity?

I'll reupload a higher quality image when I get a USB microscope later, here's one from my phone

Thanks!

Can you list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Include the make and model of your PSU. Information of your GPU's condition in terms of warranty would also help. You're going to probably have to reassemble it and sent off via RMA if you're within warranty.
