Question Gpu black screen

Black screen while connecting hdmi to gpu and output is working fine when i enabled igpu but motherboard doesn't recognize gpu in my pc and gpu fan.is not spinning
Gpu rx 480
Cpu ryzen 3 2200g
Ram 8gb ddr4 3000mhz

Have you connected 8-pin auxiliary power to the RX480 from the PSU?

Corsair vs 550w i have connected pcle cable to gpu

A quality 500w PSU should be able to drive an RX480 but the Corsair VS series is at the bottom end of what Corsair has to offer in terms of reliability.

I'm not saying that's definitely what's causing your problem, only that it could be. I can't come up with any other reason provided you've fitted the card firmly and properly in the slot.

There are stuttering in games and when gpu temp are between 60-70 also and sometimes pc turns off itself
I had fitted it correctly but pc wont recognize gpu but when put hdmi in gpu monitor turns black and gpu fans are also not even spinning
