Which one is better Gpu Boost or Gpu Boost 2.0?

GPU Boost 2.0 is obviously better since it's the new and improved version of GPU Boost.

But you can't choose which one to get on any gpu, older gpus will ONLY have gpu boost, and newer ones will have boost 2.0

Im trying to decide between GeForce GTX 770 or GeForce GTX 660

The GTX 770 is a lot better, get it if you can afford it.
