[SOLVED] GPU boots only into safe mode and even in safe mode some lines appear on the screen after opening programs and videos ?

Hi! I have an old hd 7770 vaporX that was sitting under my bed for about 2 years now and now when even it's prices are higher I wanted to sell it but there is problem with it!
It only boots into safe mode and even in safe mode it has lines appearing all over the screen when something pops up!

Test bench specs:

Ryzen 7 3700x clocked at 4.4ghz
B450 aorus pro
2x8gb Corsair vengeance clocked at 3600mhz
Asus Thor 850W
Samsung Evo 512gb NVMe
Corsair H115i platinum rgb with 2 EK vardar f4 fans

So basically a faulty GPU on it's way out. If you want to sell it, sell it as FAULTY, maybe someone wants to salvage anything from it.
