What games are you planning to play on the system? Mid-high details would be my limit to that platform you have.
modern games in high details for example:rise of the tomb raider, BFV, Metro Exodus, etc.
Should I Upgrade My Ram ?

A new GPU and potentially another stick of 1x8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz (with the same specs as the RAM you currently have) is all you really need. The i7-4790 is still really good, and will remain to be for a while.
