GPU Bottlenecking my PC?

So i have a Pentium G3260 with GTX 750 ti, and i've noticed that on some games i would have like 50-40 fps even though i have seen another pc but with a GPU of GT 730 with higher framerate, I have 8gb of ram and my OS is Win 10, any tips?

an apples to apples comparison would only apply if you had the exact same systems with exactly same settings. what were other PC's settings, resolution, and specs? I get what you are saying your FPS should be higher than that based on specs alone, but there are many factors at play here and not enough info. try lowering graphics settings especially post processing and anti-aliasing they are FPS killers. if that doesn't help try lowering resolution to 720p and OC your GPU

For the moment im comparing it to League of Legends. It's on very low settings and i still experience fps issues
